These Service Agreement terms ("Agreement") govern access to and use of our website, mobile applications, digital services,
and business offerings. By using our services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Services Covered By This Agreement
This Agreement applies to all offerings from Kaifeng Fengjiang Agriculture And Forestry Technology Co, including:
- Agriculture and forestry technology research and development.
- Technology extension and technology consulting services.
- Crop, nursery tree, flower, and fruit tree cultivation and sales.
- Purchase and sale of agricultural and sideline products.
- Landscape and greening engineering construction.
- Land consolidation services.
- Agricultural machinery sales.
- Sales of chemical fertilizers and farm manure products.
- Ecological agriculture development programs.
- Forestry pest prevention and control services.
- Mobile management applications and digital operation systems.
Agreement Overview
Commercial Services
These terms apply to professional, enterprise, and project-based cooperation around agro-forestry operations,
consulting, engineering, supply, and related digital support.
Digital Products
Mobile applications, dashboards, support tools, and app-store distributed workflows are governed by this Agreement
together with any applicable platform rules.
User Responsibilities
Users are expected to provide accurate information, respect platform and regional law requirements,
and use the services only for lawful purposes.
2. Eligibility And Account Responsibility
- You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules in your region.
3. App Store Distribution And Platform Terms
Our mobile applications may be distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and selected regional channels.
Your app usage is also subject to applicable platform terms, including:
- Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and policy requirements.
- Apple Media Services Terms and App Store Review Guidelines.
- Any additional store-specific legal terms in regional channels.
In case of conflict between this Agreement and mandatory platform terms, mandatory platform provisions apply only to the extent required.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond legal exceptions, or system interference.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content infringing third-party rights.
- Bypass security, payment, consent, age-gating, or policy controls.
- Use data from services in violation of privacy, competition, or export rules.
5. Mobile App Features, Monetization, And Ads
Some app versions include ad-supported modules and may display open app ads (splash ads), rewarded video ads,
interstitial ads, banner ads, and native ads. Ad operations may involve approved ad partners and mediation tools.
- Ad display and personalization are subject to user consent and legal requirements by jurisdiction.
- We may limit ad frequency, categories, or personalization according to age and region.
- Abuse of ad flows, reward systems, or anti-fraud controls is prohibited.
- app-ads.txt and equivalent controls may be used to validate authorized ad sellers.
Potential ad and mediation partners can include Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin MAX,
Unity Ads / LevelPlay, Liftoff Monetize, Mintegral, Pangle, InMobi, Chartboost, Digital Turbine services,
Amazon Publisher Services, Fyber, Smaato, PubMatic, Start.io, and other approved providers.
6. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, source code, designs, text, graphics, and service materials remain our property or our licensors' property.
- No ownership transfer occurs by using services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use services as intended.
7. User Content And Operational Data
- You retain rights to content and operational data you submit, subject to rights needed for service provision.
- You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
- We may suspend or remove content that violates this Agreement or legal obligations.
8. Fees, Payments, And Commercial Terms
- Some services are free; others require paid subscription, project fee, licensing fee, or procurement contract.
- Commercial pricing, invoicing, and settlement terms are defined in applicable order forms or enterprise contracts.
- Taxes, duties, transfer costs, and withholding obligations are allocated according to applicable contract and law.
9. Compliance By Country And Region
Service delivery and app operation are adapted to local legal frameworks including privacy, consumer law, advertising,
youth protection, and digital platform obligations. This includes, where applicable, GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA,
PIPEDA, LGPD, APPs, APPI, PIPA, POPIA, PDPA frameworks, and other local laws.
Users must comply with local import/export, sanctions, anti-corruption, and data localization obligations when relevant.
10. Minors And Age-Appropriate Services
- Services are generally intended for professional and commercial use.
- Where child or teen users are involved, parental/guardian consent and age-appropriate controls may be required by law.
- We may limit data processing and personalized advertising for underage users.
- Users and enterprise customers are responsible for accurate age-rating and user-category configuration where configurable.
11. Availability, Maintenance, And Changes
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for technical, legal, or business reasons.
- Maintenance windows and emergency security updates may affect service continuity.
- We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice for material changes when feasible.

What We Expect From Clients And Users
- Timely cooperation, accurate business information, and lawful use of project outputs and digital systems.
- Respect for access controls, age settings, monetization safeguards, and privacy-related instructions.
- Prompt escalation of material inaccuracies, incidents, or misuse observations.
What Users Can Expect From Us
- Structured maintenance, controlled updates, and documented operational changes when feasible.
- Business support and key-account channels for relevant service categories.
- Reasonable governance over store policy changes, privacy updates, and release-impacting legal developments.
12. Warranties And Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where non-waivable statutory rights apply.
We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes, or compatibility with every third-party platform,
device, or policy update.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, and business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected service
in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaifeng Fengjiang Agriculture And Forestry Technology Co and its affiliates,
officers, and employees against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of this Agreement,
unlawful activity, or violation of third-party rights.
15. Suspension And Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, security threats, or abuse.
- You may stop using services at any time, subject to active contract obligations.
- Sections on IP, liability, dispute resolution, and compliance survive termination where applicable.
16. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, this Agreement is governed by applicable contractual law agreed between parties.
Disputes should first be escalated through good-faith negotiation via support@kffengjiang.com.
For enterprise contracts, jurisdiction and venue may be specified in signed master agreements or purchase orders.
Consumer users retain mandatory rights provided by local law.
17. Changes To This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Updated versions are published on this page,
and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless law requires additional consent.
